- App Store / Play Store ID

3. SDK Data
Collected on your behalf from your end users:
Behavioral Data:
- Tap patterns and interactions (for frustration detection)
- Session duration and frequency
- Screen navigation patterns
- App version and OS version
Device Data:
- Device model
- Operating system version
- Device identifier (anonymized)
- Locale/language
Feedback Data:
- User-submitted feedback text
- Feedback ratings
- Feedback context (screen, timestamp)
What We Do NOT Collect:
- Personal names or email addresses (unless user provides in feedback)
- Location data
- Contacts, photos, or files
- Payment information from end users
- Health, biometric, or sensitive personal data
4. App Store Review Data
We collect publicly available review data from Apple App Store and Google Play Store (review text, rating, date, version, locale, reviewer username as displayed publicly).

Third parties that help us operate: cloud hosting (Cloudflare, Supabase), analytics (Plausible, PostHog), email (Resend, Postmark). They are contractually bound to protect your data.
Legal Requirements
We may disclose data if required by law, court order, or government request.
Business Transfers
If Krevl is acquired or merged, your data may be transferred. We will notify you before this happens.
Aggregated Data
We may share anonymized, aggregated data (e.g., "average app rating across all users") that cannot identify individuals.

- You are the data controller for your end users' data; Krevl is the data processor.

- We provide a Data Processing Agreement (DPA) on request.
