Terms of Service

By accessing or using Krevl ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part, you may not use the Service.

1. Agreement to Terms

"Krevl," "we," "our," or "us" refers to the Krevl service and its operators. "You" or "your" refers to the individual or entity using the Service.

2. Description of Service

Krevl provides review infrastructure for mobile applications, including:

  • SDK for in-app feedback and smart review flows
  • Dashboard for review management and analytics
  • AI-powered issue detection
  • App Store and Play Store review synchronization
  • Alerts and notifications
  • Health report tool

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time.

3. Account Registration

3.1 Account Creation

To use Krevl, you must provide a valid email, a secure password, and accurate information.

3.2 Account Responsibility

You are responsible for account security, all activity under your account, keeping your password confidential, and notifying us of unauthorized access.

3.3 Account Requirements

You must be at least 18 (or legal majority). No bots or automated accounts.

4. Acceptable Use

4.1 You Agree To

  • Use the Service lawfully and accurately
  • Respect the rights of others
  • Use the SDK only in apps you own or are authorized to manage

4.2 You Agree NOT To

  • Violate laws or infringe IP rights
  • Transmit malware or attempt unauthorized access
  • Abuse, harass, or harm others
  • Collect data in violation of privacy laws
  • Resell/redistribute without permission
  • Reverse engineer the SDK
  • Manipulate or fake app reviews
  • Circumvent usage limits or billing
  • Interfere with Service operation

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

5. SDK License

5.1 License Grant

Limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to integrate and use the Krevl SDK and documentation in your apps.

5.2 Restrictions

  • No modification, reverse engineering, or removal of proprietary notices
  • No use in apps that violate laws or these Terms
  • No sublicensing

5.3 Ownership

The SDK and related IP remain our exclusive property.

6. Data and Privacy

6.1 Your Data

You retain ownership of data you submit. You grant us a license to process it to provide the Service.

6.2 End User Data

If you use the SDK, you are responsible for your end users' privacy, consents, and compliance with applicable laws. You must have your own privacy policy.

6.3 Our Privacy Policy

Our data practices are governed by our Privacy Policy at krevl.com/privacy.

7. Payment Terms

7.1 Pricing

See current pricing at krevl.com/pricing. Prices in USD unless stated.

7.2 Billing

  • Subscriptions billed monthly or annually in advance
  • Payments processed via Stripe
  • You authorize charges to your payment method on file

7.3 Free Tier

Provided as-is with limited features; may change or end at any time.

7.4 Upgrades and Downgrades

  • Upgrades effective immediately
  • Downgrades at next billing cycle
  • No prorated refunds for mid-cycle downgrades

7.5 Refunds

  • Annual plans: 14-day money-back guarantee
  • Monthly plans: no refunds (cancel anytime)
  • Refunds at our discretion

7.6 Taxes

Prices exclude taxes; you are responsible for applicable taxes.

7.7 Late Payment

We may suspend access for overdue payments; accounts 30+ days overdue may be terminated.

8. Intellectual Property

8.1 Our Property

Krevl name, logo, website, SDK, docs, and content remain our property.

8.2 Your Property

You own your apps (excluding our SDK), your data, and your trademarks/brand.

8.3 Feedback

We may use feedback you provide without obligation.

9. Third-Party Services

9.1 Integrations

Use of third-party integrations is subject to their terms.

9.2 Third-Party Links

We are not responsible for third-party sites/services linked from Krevl.

10. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, accuracy, or specific results, nor compliance with App Store guidelines or improved ratings.

11. Limitation of Liability

  • We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
  • Total liability is capped at the greater of what you paid in the last 12 months or $100 USD.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Krevl and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from claims arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, third-party rights, or end-user claims.

13. Term and Termination

These Terms apply until terminated. You may terminate anytime. We may terminate or suspend for violations, non-payment, inactivity, or at our discretion with notice. Post-termination, access ends and data may be deleted after 30 days; survival clauses remain in effect.

14. Dispute Resolution

Contact us at help@krevl.com for informal resolution. These Terms are governed by the laws of [Your Jurisdiction]; disputes will be resolved in its courts. Class actions are waived.

15. General Provisions

  • These Terms + Privacy Policy are the entire agreement.
  • If any provision is unenforceable, the rest remain effective.
  • No waiver of rights by non-enforcement.
  • You may not assign without consent; we may assign freely.
  • Not liable for delays outside our control (force majeure).
  • We may send notices via email/dashboard; you can contact legal@krevl.com.

16. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms. We will notify you of material changes via email or dashboard. Continued use means acceptance. If you disagree, stop using the Service.
